Trial cases follow the same QC standards as regular production.
After final inspection, Times Dental Lab will arrange return shipment.

Once the shipment is arranged, tracking information can be provided.
After receiving the trial case, please check the fit, esthetics, communication experience, and delivery stability.
If you have feedback, please send clear photos, case details, adjustment notes, and a new scan or impression if needed.
If a remake is required, Times Dental Lab will review the case and arrange the next step based on the situation.
