Digital File Receiving
Clinics can submit case data through intraoral scans, model scans, or CBCT data, including arch morphology, occlusion, jaw relationship, VDO, and facial reference information.

Times Dental Lab is developing two digital denture workflow options: milled digital dentures and 3D printed digital dentures. Both solutions are built around clear case communication, digital design review, try-in confirmation where required, and structured quality control before shipment.
View the WorkflowThe Times Dental Lab Digital Dental Solution integrates intraoral scanning, digital design, CAD/CAM milling, 3D printing, post-processing, and quality control to provide dental clinics and clinicians with an efficient, accurate, and reliable one-stop digital dental restoration workflow.
The Times Dental Lab 3D Printing Digital Solution provides a one-stop workflow for dental clinics, implant dentists, and restorative dentists, covering digital file receiving, design, slicing, printing, post-processing, and delivery.

Clinics can submit case data through intraoral scans, model scans, or CBCT data, including arch morphology, occlusion, jaw relationship, VDO, and facial reference information.

Digital design is completed based on case requirements, including tooth arrangement, denture base design, occlusal adjustment, surgical guide design, temporary restoration design, or try-in denture design.

A 3D printed try-in is produced for the dentist and patient to verify esthetics, occlusion, phonetics, jaw position, and restorative space. The try-in stage is a key step for reducing remake risks and controlling the final result.

After design confirmation, dental-grade printing resin is used for production, including temporary crowns and bridges, denture bases, surgical guides, retainers, models, and complex restoration components.

After printing, the product is cleaned, post-cured, support structures are removed, margins are refined, occlusion is adjusted, and the surface is finished to meet clinical requirements.

Before delivery, fit, occlusion, surface quality, integrity, and case file consistency are checked to ensure every case is traceable, reviewable, and reproducible.

Times Dental Lab can support both digital and physical case submissions. You can send intraoral scans, STL files, impressions, models, bite records, shade photos, implant components, and case instructions based on the product type.
If you are not sure which material or workflow is suitable, our team can review your case information and provide practical suggestions.
